- Shipping & Delivery
- Due to the wide variety of products we offer shipping will be done on a case by case basis. Most seating will be shipped on a flat rate. Orders outside of the continental United States will incur additional charges. For oversize items a customer service rep will contact you within 1 business day to discuss your shipping options and give you a shipping quote.
- Privacy & Security
- Your privacy and security is most important to us. Your personal information will not be disclosed to a third party source at any time. We use an external transaction processing system to maintain a high level of security. Additionally we do not acquire any more information than is required by law or what is necessary to maintain our high level of customer service.
- Returns & Replacements
- We understand that online shopping may be difficult. For that reason we would like to offer you the opportunity to return any undamaged merchandise for 60 days after purchase. Please call us at (888) 264-2253 to arrange your return. Upon inspection of your returned merchandise we will issue you a credit for your purchase minus shipping fees. Our 60 day return policy applies only to office chairs, and does not apply to custom orders.

- All payments for online orders must be completed through our online order processing system.
Prices are subject to change at anytime. Pricing errors can occur due to computer or clerical errors. We are not responsible for pricing errors. If one of these errors occurs we will notify the buyer immediately.
